Teresa is a highly experienced and dedicated Pilates Instructor with 2 decades of working in the Pilates realm.  She began her Pilates teacher training  in Chicago with the prolific Jennifer Golden. Her curiosity and desire to enrich her care for her clients grew taking her to NYC where she did an advanced training at the Kane School of Pilates. This rigorous teaching program taught her the skills to work with clients with a wide array of specific issues and needs.  After 5 years of mastering these new approaches at renowned studios, she moved to Los Angeles where she continued her Pilates career and education. In her 11 years instructing in LA she was able to work alongside some of the most accomplished and masterful practitioners in the field. She has returned to Chicago, her hometown, and is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with anyone who wants to move and feel good in their body.
