  • I want to learn more before committing, how do I do this?

    We’re so excited to have you join us! Our recommendation is to start with our complementary group class. Simply sign-up and go to Packages to purchase our complimentary Pilatesville Trial Class 😺

    While we do not offer complimentary private classes, we are happy to consult with you on whether our modalities can meet your fitness needs. Email us at info@pilatesville.com

  • I want to book a private class but don't see any available on the schedule, what should I do?

    By its nature our Private classes are all bespoke, we want to make sure we find a time and an instructor that best works for you!

    As such many of our private hours are not listed on the schedule. Email us at info@pilatesville.com, with your goals and hours, and we’ll create something just for you 🥂

  • Are there any charges for initiating or canceling a Membership Plan?

    There are no initiation or cancelation fees for any of our membership plans, nor is there any minimum membership period.

    We understand that circumstances come up and want to make your fitness journey as stress-free and positive as possible 🤗

  • How do I cancel or pause my Membership?

    You can cancel or pause your membership whenever you feel like. Simply reach out to us at info@pilatesville.com or from our Web Form,

    While we will miss you, we want to take the hassle out of fitness and are glad to have been a part of your fitness journey 🥺

  • What are your studio hours? Are you open on holidays?

    We know your fitness journey doesn’t go on vacations and nor do we 💪.

    We are generally open 7 days a week and through holidays, but you can always check our Book a Class page for our most up to date schedule

  • How does the referral program work?

    Thanks for spreading the word! Any member of our studio who refers another client will receive a $50 credit if they sign up for the unlimited membership or purchase private class credits, or $25 if they sign up for the monthly membership or purchase group class credits.

    Simply contact us at info@pilatesville.com with the name of your referral and we’ll take care of the rest 🙏

  • I accidentally made a purchase, how can I reverse it?

    Were you so excited to start your fitness journey that you hit the checkout button twice? Did you find that there is a better option for your goals after you made a purchase?

    We’ve all had these things happen and we have your back! Just email us at info@pilatesville.com and we’ll get you a full refund! Please don’t start a chargeback, since that will just lead to delays and charges us an extra penalty 🥺

  • Can I use my 20% Membership discount with the Gift card bonus?

    While our membership 20% off credit can be applied site-wide across all class purchases, our gift cards do not qualify.

    Our gift card purchases already come with bonuses, and can be applied towards transactions with the 20% discount code applied, but the gift cards cannot themselves be purchased using a discount code 🛍️
