  • My Pilates journey began not as a lifelong athlete, but as someone who initially didn't love to exercise. Consistent practice completely transformed my relationship with movement. Pilates gave me the gift of a stable core, enhanced flexibility, and deep physical control. It made me healthier, more confident, and even sparked a love for trying new sports. Now, my ultimate mission is to share this empowering transformation with my clients.

My teaching style is meticulous and precise, yet gentle and encouraging. I believe Pilates is about finding a true mind-body connection rather than simply pushing through fatigue or going through the motions. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling aligned, flow,  and profoundly comfortable in your body.

Whether I am guiding beginners to discover their correct muscle engagement and build a safe foundation, or challenging advanced practitioners with fluid rhythms and complex progressions, I am dedicated to helping every client experience the joy of mindful, controlled movement.
