  • I discovered Pilates about five years ago as a way to continue moving my body and refine my focus on alignment after transitioning away from dance. I’m certified in Reformer, Chair, Tower, and Jumpboard Pilates, and have long been passionate about fitness instruction. Prior to Pilates, I spent six years teaching dance and also worked as a swim instructor.

    My teaching style emphasizes breath, mindful movement, and cultivating a deep connection with the body. I enjoy thoughtfully collaborating with music to support the flow of each class, and strive to create an environment that feels positive, energizing, and engaging.
