  • Jean's passion with movement began in dance, where she developed a deep appreciation for fluidity, control, and true body awareness. Over the years, Pilates and Yoga have become steady anchors in her life — transforming not only how she moves, but how she feels and connects with her body. This personal transformation inspired her to become a Pilates instructor so she could share that same gift with others.

    Jean is especially passionate about the details: the small, intentional adjustments in alignment, breath, and control that create powerful shifts in how the body feels and functions. She integrates core-focused strengthening, precise alignment, and mindful breathwork into every class. Her goal is to help clients build lasting stability, improve posture, and move with greater ease and confidence in their everyday lives.
