Pilatesville LLC is hiring full-time Instructional Coordinator.

Job Duties:

●       Manage and observe the work of teaching instructors to evaluate performance and recommend strategies to strengthen teachings and enhance client experience;

●       Coordinate and conduct staff training programs or workshops on safety protocols, instructional equipment uses, company policies, and classroom management techniques;

●       Evaluate the effectiveness of class instructions through client feedback, class performance, and progress tracking to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals;

●       Aid teaching and other administrative staff in curriculum development, equipment usage, and any relevant regulations;

●       Coordinate and manage class schedules, themes, and instructor assignments, ensuring effective operations and client satisfaction;

●       Recommend, order, or authorize the purchases of instructional materials, supplies, and equipment designed to meet high-quality instructional needs.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Education, Teaching, Educational Evaluation and Research, or a related field. Must have knowledge of curriculum design and assessment; Familiarity with designing learning environments.
